Aangesuurde Room Kors
Ingredients
- 250 g cold butter, grated
- 250 ml sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 625 g (5 cups) plain flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
Method
- Grate the cold butter into a bowl, add the sour cream and beaten egg and mix with a fork.
- Add the flour and salt and bring together into a dough.
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll out and fold into thirds (like a simple laminating fold).
- Roll and repeat the fold three more times.
- Cover and chill again for 1 hour, then roll out to use.
