## Ingredients
- 190 g plain flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 can Castle Lager (or other local lager)
- 3 large onions, cut into thick 1 cm rings

- 190 g plain flour
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 can Castle Lager (or other local lager)
- 3 large onions, cut into thick 1 cm rings
Method
- Mix flour and salt; add beer to make a batter.
- Chill the batter overnight in the fridge.
- Coat onion rings in the batter and fry until golden in hot oil (or air fryer).
