Boerewors Blaardeeg (Boerewors Puff Pastry)
Boerewors Blaardeeg
Boerewors in puff pastry was one of those clever little treats your mum made when she wanted something fun without turning the kitchen upside down. The wors would sizzle gently first, filling the house with that unmistakable braai day smell, and then she'd wrap it in buttery pastry like it was a secret waiting to be opened. When it came out the oven — golden, flaky, and smelling like pure comfort — you could hear the crunch before you even took a bite. It was the kind of snack that disappeared slice by slice, long before anyone thought to fetch plates.
> **Tip:** This is a quick and simple hearty light snack. One serving is 10 cm of Boerewors.
