Botter Rolls
Makes 12.
Ingredients
- 250 g plain flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 125 ml cream
- 1 egg
Method
- Sift the dry ingredients together.
- Beat the egg and mix with the cream.
- Add to the flour and mix with a knife until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a lined baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
