Ham & Ertjie Pasta
Ingredients
- 250 g farfalle or ribbon pasta
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 100 g ham, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 0.5 cup mozzarella, diced
- Salt and black pepper
Method
- Cook the pasta and drain.
- Fry the chopped onion in olive oil, add the diced ham and cook briefly.
- Add the cooked pasta and frozen peas, cook together for about 3 minutes.
- Stir in the mozzarella and a splash of olive oil, fold in the ham mixture and season to taste before serving.
