Henley Gebakte Vark Tjops
Ingredients
- 6–8 pork chops
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Mrs Balls chutney (or alternative)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Peri-peri sauce (a few drops)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients to make a marinade.
- Marinate the chops and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Grill on the braai or roast in the oven until cooked through.
