Hoender Marinade (Marinade for Chicken Breasts)
Hoender Marinade
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup peach juice (or peach nectar)
- 3 ml Tabasco (a dash)
- 5 tsp tomato paste
- 5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 5 tsp vinegar
- 0.5 tsp strong mustard
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Aromat (or seasoning powder) and pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
- Pour over the chicken breasts.
- Cover and marinate overnight in the fridge.
- Cook by grilling on the braai, baking or pan-frying.
