Jelie Komkommer Slaai
Ingredients
- 1 packet green (lime) jelly
- 0.5 cup boiling water (to dissolve jelly)
- 250 g cream cheese
- 250 ml mayonnaise
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 large cucumber, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Dissolve the jelly in the boiling water and let it cool slightly.
- Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated onion and cucumber; season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the cooled jelly until evenly combined.
- Pour into a non-stick mould or glass dish and chill in the fridge until fully set.
