Plaat Koekies
Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3 level tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 375 ml milk
Method
- Whisk the milk and eggs together, then add the remaining dry ingredients and mix to a smooth batter.
- Spoon spoonfuls into a buttered pan or griddle over medium heat and cook on both sides until done.
