Ingredients
- 6 T-bone steaks
- 1 cup red wine
- 60 ml olive oil
- 60 ml beef stock
- 4 tsp soy sauce
- 4 tsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tsp rosemary
Method
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
- Pour over the T-bone steaks and marinate overnight in the fridge.
- Grill on the braai or pan-sear to desired doneness.
