Ingredients
- 125 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp dry mustard powder
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 125 ml milk
- 125 ml oil
- 1 egg
Method
- Sift the dry ingredients together.
- Whisk the milk, oil and egg, then combine with the dry mix.
- Spoon over filling and bake.
