Kortkorsdeeg Sout Tert
## Ingredients
Pastry:
- 200 g plain flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 125 g butter
- 0.5 cup water
Filling:
- 3 large leeks, sliced
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 30 ml butter
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml sour cream
- 1 cup grated mature cheese

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Make the pastry by combining dry ingredients with butter and enough water to form a dough; press into a tart pan and set aside.
- Sauté leeks, onions and garlic in butter until soft and seasoned.
- Spread the cooked leek and onion mixture into the prepared pastry shell.
- Whisk eggs with cream and sour cream, stir in the grated cheese, pour over the leek mixture.
- Bake for about 35–40 minutes until the filling is set and golden.
