Ingredients
- 1 tin green beans, drained
- 1 tin butter beans, drained
- 1 tin kidney beans, drained
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 red sweet pepper, diced
- 1 green sweet pepper, diced
- *Dressing:**
- 250 ml vinegar
- 0.5 cup oil
- 110 g brown sugar
- 2 pinches sweet basil
Method
- Combine the drained beans and chopped vegetables in a large bowl.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad.
- Toss well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
