Sosatie Appetisers
Sosatie-versnapering
These sosatie bites always brought a playful mix of flavours into the kitchen — tender small meatballs, smoky cocktail sausages, and sharp little gherkins threaded together like a mini feast on a stick. Your mum brushed them with a sweet tangy marinade that clung beautifully, giving the beef a glossy finish as it grilled. They cooked in minutes, filling the house with that unmistakable sosatie aroma. By the time the platter reached the table, the gherkins were already being picked off by the impatient ones.
