Whether on the grill or the BBQ, here are some options to make sauces to go over all types of steaks. The quantities below are not a precise science — Mum used to just grab a handful here and there, so please adjust as per your flavour preference.
Ingredients
- 8 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tsp crushed red peppercorn
- 1 tsp mustard powder
Method
- Mix ingredients and sprinkle over the meat about 2 minutes before it is done.
- Finish under the grill to brown.
