## Ingredients
- 1 pack cream crackers, crushed
- 450 g minced meat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 sweet pepper, chopped
- 0.5 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 tsp mixed salt (or seasoning salt)
- 0.5 tsp black pepper

- 1 pack cream crackers, crushed
- 450 g minced meat
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 sweet pepper, chopped
- 0.5 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 tsp mixed salt (or seasoning salt)
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix the minced meat with chopped onion, sweet pepper, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Pack into an oven dish and sprinkle the crushed cream crackers over.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°C, then add the topping as below.
- Topping:
- Make a white sauce (béchamel).
- Stir in 1 beaten egg and 3 cups of cooked mixed vegetables.
- Spoon this mixture over the meat layer.
- Top with more crushed cream crackers.
- Bake a further 10 minutes until set and heated through.
