Vinnige Ertjies (Quick Peas)
Vinnige Ertjies
Ingredients
- 1 packet bacon lardons
- 1 bunch spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 250 g peas (frozen or fresh)
Method
- Boil peas in water for 3–5 minutes. Drain.
- Fry bacon pieces with spring onions and garlic.
- Mix with cooked peas.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve.
