Method

Beat the egg yolks with the cream until thick and pale.
Add the flour, salt and baking powder and mix until combined.
Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites gently.
Cook in a preheated waffle iron until golden.
Serve with ice cream and toppings of your choice (syrup, maple, nuts, fruit, chocolate, etc.).
